Afternoon tea is the easiest way to entertain guests. You can make some finger sandwiches, cookies, and cakes, and lay everything out with a pot of tea; your guests will be delighted. Here are some recipes that are easy to make, yet taste good and look fancy.
CUCUMBER SANDWICH
Take two slices of bread. Cover both pieces with a thin layer of spreadable herbed cheese. Place thinly sliced and peeled cucumbers on one piece of bread. Cover with the other piece of bread. Cut off the crusts, and slice in half diagonally to form two triangle shapes.
